While we strive to arrange work as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to unpredictable problems and other factors beyond our control.

During the winter months, from October to February, tree contractors experience high demand, and adverse weather conditions can contribute to delays.

If you have a protected tree (TPO) or it’s in a conservation area, you’ll require prior permission, which may take up to 8 weeks to obtain. 

We understand some projects are time-sensitive, and we always prioritise scheduling work to accommodate your preferences and availability.
